I'm trying to place my order, but my existing account does not appear.

We've transitioned to a new & improved online ordering platform. To place an order, please create an account by downloading the APP or visiting our website.

Do I need a password for my account?

A password is not required. You will only need a mobile phone number & email address.

I did not receive a code by text to access my account.

1. Please verify you are using the correct mobile phone number.

2. Please note our online ordering system does not support Google Voice phone numbers to create an account.

An existing credit I received is not being applied to my order.

How do I update my contact Information?

To update your contact information, go into your account profile:

1. Click "Account Settings"

2. Click "Edit" for the information you'd like to update

How can I change my email address associated with my account?

If you want to change your primary email address, you need to create a new account with a new primary email and delete your existing account.

How do I delete my account?

To delete an account, go into your account profile, click "Account Settings" then "Account Support" and "Delete Account".
